Family portraits are something that ties your family together like nothing else. Most of our customers have already had their (whether professional or not) family portraits taken and want to bring their extended families like their children, parents, siblings with their partners and children. Mishu design can do as many combinations as you like to capture all the different connections and relationships everyone has with another.

When did you last have your family portraits? What happended in the last 5 years, 10 years and who knows it? A birth? A passing? A marriage?... at Mishu design, we keep the story of your family alive.

How to order

Choose the option of figures, option of printing or digital file and pay at check-out. If you can't the option you want, please send us an email.

As soon as you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your customisation form. This form is where you will send in photos and all of your details as soon as you have them ready.
You do not need to provide any customisation details at the time of purchase, only provide when you are ready.

If you are in rush

If you are in rush, we recommend to purchase "digital only" option and print at your local printer

We highly recommend you print this yourself in your local country, our print partner can’t compete with the convenience and reliability of local FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Officeworks, Snap printing etc... who can print faster and without shipping cost. 

Otherwise, we are more than happy to organise the printing for you. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for printing and shipment. Please note we are not responsible for late shipment as postal service is out of our control. You will be given a tracking number to track your delivery once it’s been shipped.

Below is the time it will take from sign off of the artwork to be sent to the printer
for printing and delivery.

Our print partner has print production in different countries. Our design will be sent to closest printer to your location. For example if you need this delivered in the USA it will be printed in the USA. If you are wanting it delivered in New Zealand, it will be printed with our print partner in Australia. This allows us to offer more local prices and best time/prices for shipping.

3. What types of pens do you suggest for your guest books?

To make sure guests’ loving messages last and last, you’ll definitely want to use archival quality gel pens, paint pens or markers are also work well!

4. Can you give me more info for choosing a guest book alternative print size and material?

5. What is your turnaround time for my order?

Standard turnaround is 4 weeks from date of purchase to when you receive your final piece in hand. For digital files it is 2 weeks with standard turnaround.

Digital files are a great option for last-minute orders, or if you wish to use your own print vendor. If you’d like to print your files at a local shop, we suggest contacting FedEx, Office Max, Costco, Walmart, or CVS. Call ahead to make sure they offer the printing options you are interested in. If you choose to do your printing online, you can use sites such as Zazzle, Short Run Prints, or Vistaprint.

What happens after I place an order?

Our process has been tried and tested for customer satisfaction! Here’s what you can expect after you place an order:

  1.  You will instantly receive a form via email that allows you to provide us with all of the information and/or photos we need. Please make sure every detail—such as names, dates, and addresses—is correct. Our designers will use this info exactly as it appears on this form.
  2.  A digital proof will be emailed to you within the proof processing time you selected at checkout.
  3.  You send back edits, we send you updated proofs! Three rounds of proofing are included, and additional rounds can be purchased. Each round usually takes about 1 to 2 days.
  4.  Once proofs are approved, we will send your order to print. Printing and shipping on most items takes 8 business days. If you purchased a digital design, you’ll receive final files via email.
